Marieke Guy
I've been chair of IWMW since last year.
Adrian Stevenson
Parallel session speaker this year and regular IWMWer for a few years now.
Alison Wildish
I've been attending these events since 2001 and will be speaking at the conference this year.
Brian Kelly
I established the IWMW series of workshops back in 1997, and am still very involved in the organisation - although I managed to pass responsibility for the event organisation on to my colleague Marieke Guy last year.
Jeff Barr
This is my first IWMW conference and my first visit to York, and I am looking forward to both.
Keith Doyle
I'm presenting a couple of sessions. Have been attending since 2005 and really looking forward to this one. I hope we can discuss something other than CMSs!
Phil Wilson
I'm speaking at a parallel session and turned up presenting a couple last year too.
Lisa Connolly
This will be my first IWMW Conference and also my first trip to York.
Josef Lapka
This is my second IWMW Conference and my second trip to York. I'm looking forwad to more networking/exchanging of ideas this year as last year I was a bit of a newbie.
Mike McConnell
I've been coming to IWMW since 1876 and still can't move on. So I'll be back this year, chairing one of the discussion groups on The Web Management Community.
Gareth McAleese
I've been attending IWMW since the start in 1997. It's a very worth while workshop and an enjoyable few days.
Paul Anderson
It is two or three years since my last visit to IWMW, so looking forward to catching up. And York is a great venue.
Kriss Fearon
Have been to IWMW once or twice ;-) and it's even easier now the venue is 10 mins walk from the office.
Dan WiggleThis will be my first IWMW and I'm looking forward to it. I'd have been at Bath last year but for the clash with @media so am pleased to be able to attend this time. Like Kriss above, i'll hopefully have an easy time getting to the sessions since I am based at York (although I've not been here long so am still prone to getting a little lost!)
Paul Kelly
My first IWMW too. I'll be presenting a parallel session on web usage statistics with Bill Mackintosh.
Russ Foster
And my first as well. I will be there with Nedstat - some of you may remember my predecessor Ranjit Sidhu from last year. He was the one who dashed off to get married after his presentation of Nedstat's Sector Stats! Looking forward to seeing you in York.
William (Bill) Mackintosh
Will be giving a parallel session on web usage statistics with Paul Kelly. Looking forward to welcoming you to York.
Lucy Anscombe
This is my fourth IWMW. Looking forward to seeing familiar faces (and perhaps some impromptu rapper sword dancing?)
Andrew Stewart
3rd time at IWMW. Looking forward to another excellent conference and some debate about the use of web 2.0 technologies especially with regards to social software.
Simon Marshall
I'm the Web Development Officer at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. This'll be my third IWMW.
Stuart Smith
I work for Mimas at The University of Manchester. I will be speaking on mobile technologies. Looking forward to meeting everyone :)
Peter Barnes
Based in IT Services, University of Reading, I work as a web developer and also provide user support for the web hosting we provide. Currently in the middle of CMS implementation, I'm looking forward to sessions on anything that is NOT CMS focused for a change and seeing what use of the web other HE institutions are making.
