Meanwhile I'll add as a comment the Big Issues that I heard articulated in this and other sessions in terms of using third-party services:

1. DPA & European Economic Area and storing content outside of it.
2. Exit Strategy - how do your get your content out again? And remember to verify this as some vendors lie.
3. Fit (or lack of it) of service with institutional authentication/authorisation scheme.
